Jabra is a provider of handsfree communication products. A variety of highly compatible bluetooth headesets by Jabra are present in the market with nice repute. In march 2004, they announced a new concept i.e. Bluetooth speakerphone SP100 and it got released in October.

Features

Bluetooth speaker, the SP100 is like a new concept and is perfect for some senarios where other handsfree fail to fulfil user requirements. Its a compact and lightweight device and can easily be placed on table, car (a special holder to place it in car). Thus you can use all the features of a bluetooth handsfree that sticks to your ear like call receiving, voice dialing etc. SP100 also includes a two-watt 96 dB speaker for audio output and a pivoting microphone arm. It runs on two AA batteries and can also run off of a car power jack.

Price And Conclusion

The starting price is said to be 150$. Its somewhat high but has the possibility to decrease with time. Such type of accessories are usually not for masses but for specific requirements. Furthermore, simple pairing, not compatibility issues and a 30 feet range make it a nice accessory.
