Samsung has launched a cell phone with 3.2 Mega Pixel camera including an optical zoom. This Samsung phone has been introduced for the Korean market only. It can be said as a milestone to achieve. In my opinion, its not a cell phone that has camera, infact it is a camera which has a cell phone built in it ;).
