O2 XDA II mini has been Produced by HTC. Functionally identical to Qtek S100, i-mate JAM and T-Mobile MDA Compact. Technically, O2 XDA II mini is an innovative concept i.e. to keep maximum PDA features but shrink the size and weight to easily fit into hands and pocket.

Features

O2 XDA II mini dimensions are p910i i.e 108 x 58 x 18 mm and 150 g weight. Its very close to Sonyericsson p910. The touchscreen is a 320 x 240 pixel TFT and there are also few dedicated buttons. You can also see a 1.3 Mp camera at the back. O2 XDA II mini has intel 416 Mhz PXA272 processor with windows mobile pocket pc edition. There is 64 MB RAM available basically for applications. SD card slot for various purposes such as GPS, wifi, memory etc.
O2 XDA II mini supports GSM/GPRS networks. wifi is not built-in to O2 XDA II mini but bluetooth and IR are present. There is a huge collection of applications that comes up with O2 XDA II mini and more can be installed because of the windows platform. Applications related to number dialing are also present. Battery time is efficient and acceptable with 1200 Mah battery. You can charge your PDA phone with the usb cable which also helps in sychnrizing with PC.
