Nokia upgrades 6610 with 6610i

Since Nokia keeps the biggest share on the market, it can afford releasing slightly modified models from time to time and people will still buy them. This time Nokia updates it's version of Nokia's 6610 cellular phone to Nokia cellular phone 6610i.
Like the i update of the Nokia 7250 to Nokia 7250i, the Nokia 6610i is equipped with new xHTML / WAP v2.0 browser. Otherwise the phone is not that much changed. Even though Nokia has added the camera to the device, the phone is only 3 grams heavier than the Nokia 6610 and a little bit larger (72cc vs. 71cc).

Nokia 6610i new features

The integrated CIF camera in the Nokia cellular phone 6610i is optimized for the color screens of smaller handsets i.e. 128 X 128 (according to Nokia,).
