 In summary, people like cellular phones because of handy designs, nice buttons, easy navigation. Users also admire that cellular phones are not slow in handling. Some liked the built-in radio feature or some like the easily available and exchangeable covers in most of the cell phones by Nokia. While some say that they buy cellular phones because they have a quite nice resale value as compared to others.
People who disliked Nokia, said that cellular phones are very costly as compared with similar functionality cell phones from other vendors. Furthermore, it is also said that nokia dont provide a lot of accessories that satisfy user requirements.
